Charlotte, North Carolina (August 2020) – River Road has acquired 5.3 acres of land located at 3502 Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville, GA. River Road plans to construct a new self storage facility on the property comprised of up to 60,000 square feet of climate and non climate control storage units. “We are excited to expand our presence in the Blairsville market. We value the opportunity to be a part of this growing community and to provide further storage services,” said Brian Miller, Founder of River Road.
River Road currently owns Ridge Mini Storage in Blairsville which was acquired in 2018.
