Charlotte, North Carolina (March 2022) – River Road has delivered the first phase of Summit Mini Storage, a new self-storage development located on Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville, GA. Phase 1 consists of approximately 15,000 square feet of enclosed storage. Phase 2 is anticipated to commence in 2024. At completion, the facility is anticipated to total 60,000+ square feet in total size. The new development expands River Road’s existing presence in Georgia.
